Episode 9 Plants as Food, Plants as Medicine

Molly Mitchell is an Alaskan Native and an only child. It took her leaving Alaska for the American Southwest to truly appreciate the wildness and grandeur of her home state. She studied at the Jack Mountain Bushcraft school where she learned about medicinal plants and their applications. Molly has worked on farms in New Mexico and Alaska where she has a dream to homestead at her dry, solar-powered cabin.
